The House We Wouldn't Like To Live In

I report you about each house that we don't want to live in.

1st presenter, Asuka Nakamura, and 5th presenter is me, Yukino Jojima.

She introduced about "Tree In The House". This is same architecture that I introduced, so I report this house in all at once.
First, I'll tell you about rough information. This is planned by architect, Aibek Almassav. He is from Republic of Kazakhstan.
Tree In The House is in the forest. As you can see, around this house's 360 degree-view is forest. It created for that would feel more fusion with nature and give up some unnecessary conditions and things. The house has to be something that can only develop your spiritual and creative development.
The glazed walls and ceiling will reveal 4 narrow ring shaped floors, as well as a spiraling white staircase that wraps around the tree. As you can see, images show the big branchs of the tree extending outwards towards the glazed walls and roof, encroaching on the minimal floor space.
First designed in 2013, the dream was shattered when investors pulled out because it seemed the project would never be completed. It means lacking money. Now, however, a glass and solor panel manufacturer expressing is interest. According to Almassov,  "Tree In The House" could soon become a reality.
Then, let me introduce what Mr. Almassov said. He said, "About two years ago I created the design of the house which was harmless and as close to the nature. I respect nature, it feeds us but we destroy it. The main purpose of this project is to offer an alternatively to the bustle of city life." Furthermore, "we wanted to combine the capabilities of modern industrial design and the natural wealth and beauty. And more importantly, it doesn't harm to environment. This is an oppotunity to escape from the sweltering concrete boxes and feel the present unity with nature.
By the way, I report you about reasons why she doesn't want to live here.
First, she thinks she cannot relax in this house. In this regard I agree with her. She'd like to relax in her room, so it doesn't proper as her house.
Second, she guess that she worrys about animals if she's in here. This is enough possibility because this is in forest.
Last, she said a good point for her. It is that we can see beautiful night view in this house.
Next, I'll tell you about reasons why I don't want to live in here.
First, as mentioned above, there is no privacy from outside. All view is forest, but we cannot predict when or who or how someone visits or watches us. I dislike to spend my daily life under watching by someone. It's common sense for me, so I was frightened when I see this house, for the first time.
Next, I think it seems that there is a problem of insects. This is a fatal and important. I think there are many insects on the tree that both in house and outside. Getting dark, insects will get together to the lightly house. This is grotesque for me only imagine. It is clear that the view of insects get together is not beautiful.
Last, I'm acrofobic. Acrofobic means that I have fear of heights. I hate high place. Therefore, if I live in, I cannot use 3 and 4 floor. It's unuseful, and meaningless. This is why I don't want to live in "Tree In The House." Living in here is difficult for me though there is a saying " wherever you live is the best place.
I agree with the opinion that we should live with nature for future environment, but first of all, I think house is exist for living people comfortably.

2nd presenter is Miyuki Uemura, and 3rd presenter is Satomi Konishi.

They introduced same house, so I report in all at once.

They introduced "Clear House", it is in Tokyo. Surprisingly, almost all walls are glass. This is said that one of the glass houses of the three in the world. This is designed by Sosuke Fujimoto, and built for a married couple. It costs to build 49 millions yen. This is little expensive compared with average of  house for an couple. Inside is completely opened view.
Then, I'll tell you about reasons that they wouldn't like to live.
Miyuki Uemura saids it's noisy that trains go through near this house. Also, there is no privacy.
Satomi Konishi saids it is fault that there is no privacy because she is shamed, and this house cannot brock sunlight, but she examined that it's beautiful that looking from outside.

4th presenter is Mayu Sakazaki, and 9th presenter is Mao Shimoda.

They introduced same house, so I report in all at once.

They introduced " Cliff House." Cliff House is in Melbourne in Australia, designed by Australian building company. Surprisingly, Cliff House is stticking out from cliff. When I heard this information, I thought it is good for who can enjoy this extraordinary feeling, but it's the worst view for who hates high place.  Entry to the house is through a garage on the top floor and a lift takes you down to four living spaces. On the second floor is lounge with open-plan kitchen. There are two double bedrooms with a shared bedroom on the third floor, with another bedroom. And then you have your open air Jacuzzi and BBQ area on the last level.
Next, I'll tell you about reasons they wouldn't like to live in here.
Mayu Sakazaki has 2 reasons. First, she thinks that it's scared the sea view from this house. Second, it's dangerous that parking space has no car stopper.
Mao Shimoda worried about if it fall down whatever there are some proofs that it is safe. Also, as same as Ms. Sakazaki, he thinks it's dangerous that parking space has no car stopper.

6th presenter is Kazuki Matsumoto.

He introduced The Haunted Mansion. As you know, this is one of popular attractions in Tokyo Disney Land. However, this has one background story that many people don't know.
The Haunted Mansion was built by an Dutch mayor, Ub van der lwerks in October 31st in 1671.  Although some senior warned him there is holy Indian graveyard, he chose area that a hill where we can see river for this mansion. While building this mansion, he worried about some accidents that unidentified, but it's completed in October 31st in 1671, and he moved here with his familiy.
However, he became be crazy since he moved and he buried his grave by himself. This is why, his family moved from this mansion. After 10 years, this mansion was used as haunt of homeless or barracks.
In 1871, leading figure of this area, Ronald Stevens got right of this mansion. Ronald begun repairing, but some accidents that unidentified happened. Immediately after Stevens's family moved here, Ronald became be crazy and he was dead by explosion in a boiler at the day of he wrote his name on his gravestone. After his death, Stevens's family sold their house to Necromancy society of U.S.A. This society used this mansion to call ghost in midnight. They called ghost more 900 times until breakup in 1914. Later, this masion is sold to George Gracie.
The reason that Mr. Matsumoto wouldn't like to live here is very simple, he dislike ghost.

7th presenter is Yuki Tanoue.

He introduced houses in a row in Sumiyoshi, designed by famous Japanese architect, Tadao Ando 1976. This is 3 storied house, a reinforced concrete  and one third is courtyard. Also, a side wall has no window so there is no sunlight from this side. He has 3 reasons that he wouldn't like to live here.
First, there is no roof in courtyard so he needs umbrella when it's rainy day to go through here.
Second, this is pressure becouse this house is surrounded by concrete.
Third, according  to one study, people die 9 years earlier if they live in all concrete house.
I agree with him whatever this hause is designed by famous architect.

8th presenter is Shota Hashimoto.

He introduced the floating house in Hiroshima.
This house is looked like normal, but seeing from opposite side, it looks like floating. This is supported by steel frame. He thinks it seems that fall down by  something earthquake.
Also,  this house is introduced by TV show as a rare view. Besides, you can see this house using google earth without going Hiroshima if you would like to see it.

I think it is interesting to hear houses that they would't like to live in. It has high relativity compared with something favorite. However, everything has good and bad points, so if almost all people dislike it, maybe there is someone who likes it in somewhere. I hope that these houses become be useful for someone someday.
